These services include organization and related legal services.

Another area of client service is assistance in estate planning for clients who want to provide for continued family ownership of their businesses or for carefully planned sale upon the death of a principal when the family does not want to retain the business. This advice can be as simple as the drafting of a will or buy-sell agreement or as complex as preparing a family limited liability company agreement or establishing a trust.
