Additionally, Mr. Schill served as Executive Director of the Vehicle Traffic Information Coalition, an advocacy group formed by auto manufacturers and technology suppliers to advance the role of mobility technologies in transportation policy.Mr. Schill received his Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University (SUNY). He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
