Before joining our firm, he practiced at other law firms in Washington D.C. and Houston, Texas, and as an in-house attorney for a large multi-national energy company.Steve graduated, cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 1990, where he was an associate editor of the Houston Law Review. Prior to law school, Steve worked as a petroleum engineer for eight years after obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1978.
Steve is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Texas and Virginia.
