She has both a telecommunications law and engineering background, representing telecommunications industry clients as in-house counsel, a consultant and in private practice as a principal at Irwin, Campbell, and Tannenwald as well as a member of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth. Ms. McClure’s practice has encompassed a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters for broadcast, satellite, wireless, common carrier, and cable clients. She worked for a telecommunications consulting firm where she was responsible for legal, regulatory and policy issues, while also developing business studies and analyses for clients. Ms. McClure also served as in-house counsel of a wireless company where she handled general legal, regulatory, corporate and lobbying issues. Ms. McClure is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law (1993) and also concurrently earned a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering of the University of Colorado (1994) and is admitted to the Virginia Bar, District of Columbia Bar, Colorado Bar, North Carolina Bar and is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association.
