Kathleen Victory has nearly twenty-five years experience handling complex business transactions as well as corporate, and financing matters. Her general corporate experience includes advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, governance employment and finance law. In the broadcast area she represents clients in administrative, rulemaking, licensing and compliance proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Her clientele includes radio and television licensees, cable and microwave communications companies, providers of emerging technologies and trade associations. She is actively involved in the Federal Communications Bar.
