Howard M. Weiss' long-time practice in communications law has concentrated primarily in the areas of broadcasting, cable television, and related litigation and transactional matters. His professional affiliations include membership in the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. In addition, he is currently a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and was previously a member of the Association's Executive Committee. He also has served as chairman of the FCBA's Mass Media Practice Services Committee, Adjudicatory Practice Committee, Access to Records Committee and Continuing Legal Education Committee. He was Chairman of the FCBA Foundation's Board.

Mr. Weiss is a graduate with honors of George Washington University and the National Law Center at George Washington University.
