Harry Martin is a member of the law firm of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC, Arlington, Virginia. He specializes in mass media law, with his time divided between regulatory and transactional matters.

Harry is a past president of the Federal Communications Bar Association and served as an officer or Executive Committee member of the FCBA for 11 years. He has co-chaired many FCBA standing committees, including Adjudicatory Practice, Professional Responsibility, Judicial Practice, Mass Media Practice and Continuing Legal Education. He is currently co-chair of the FCBA committee responsible for relations with other bar associations. Harry regularly participates as a speaker at national and state broadcast conventions.

Harry is a graduate of the University of Virginia and George Washington University law school, with honors.
