goepp@fhhlaw.comChristine Goepp joined Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth in November 2009. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a large law firm in Washington, D.C., specializing in telecommunications law. She has worked with clients on a range of regulatory, corporate, and policy issues, including licensing and enforcement matters, mergers and acquisitions, tribal and rural issues, international issues, equipment authorization matters, Universal Service and E-rate matters, and implementation of the broadband provisions of the Recovery Act.
Prior to law school, Ms. Goepp served in the Army and tutored autistic children. Goepp is a graduate cum laude of Georgetown University Law Center, where she was senior editor on the Georgetown International Environmental Law Journal. She also interned for the Jane Goodall Institute and for the Honorable Robert N. Davis at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Ms. Goepp has a Masters of Philosophy in Oriental Studies from the University of Cambridge, a Common Professional Examination Diploma in Law from London Metropolitan University, and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Hawaii.
Ms. Goepp is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
