Vincent J. Curtis, Jr. received his undergraduate degree from St. Peter's College and his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University. From 1965 to 1968, Mr. Curtis served as an officer in the United States Army including a tour of duty in Vietnam, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. After his tour of duty ended in Vietnam, Vince began practicing law at Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC. where his focus is broadcasting with an emphasis on administrative litigation and transactional matters.


Vince is currently serving as co-managing member of the firm. He was also the co-chairman of two committees of the Federal Communications Bar Association: the Adjudicatory Practice Committee and the Special Ad Hoc Committee studying revisions of the FCC's hearing process. Vince provides counsel to the Mississippi Association of Broadcasters and the New Mexico Broadcasters Association. Vince is currently a member of the board and Past President of the Library of American Broadcasting. He is also the chairman and currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Broadcast Pioneers of the Washington area. He also serves on the National Board of Directors of the Broadcast Foundation.


Vince and his wife, Emmy, reside in Falls Church, Virginia, and have four adult children.
